RF Microneedling vs Vacuum RF Guide

Radio frequency microneedling and vacuum radio frequency are related but distinct families, and this guide keeps their evidence separate. The Pinxel-2 fractional RF microneedling machine has a published parameter set: MRF plus SRF modes, 50 watts input, 2 megahertz output frequency, 650 nanometre PDT wavelength, minus 5 degrees cryo temperature, pin options of 81, 49, and 25 for MRF and no pin for SRF, needle depth from 0.5 to 3 millimetres in 0.1 millimetre steps, and a minimum needle thickness of 0.01 millimetres.

The vacuum microneedling RF family has no such table. Its category page describes only the principle, vacuum suction combined with microneedles and radio frequency, and states plainly that no detail page and no parameter table are published. No value from the Pinxel-2 table has been applied to the vacuum family, and no value from the muscle building model has been applied either, even though a search for vacuum detail pages returned muscle equipment text.

For a buyer, the practical difference is in the inquiry. For the Pinxel-2, the questions are about pin cartridges included, consumable cost, and cryo maintenance. For the vacuum family, the questions start earlier: which model, what parameters, what handpiece set, and what evidence supports each claim. Treat any answer as new evidence and ask for it in writing before payment.

For the documented model, see the fractional RF microneedling page, and for the category-only family, see the vacuum microneedling RF category page.
